Independent Authorized Retailer

Connecting American households to the internet that actually reaches them.

Two houses on the same street can be offered completely different internet. Most websites will not tell you that. Put in your address and we will find out exactly what reaches your door, explain it in plain English, and get it booked in - all on one phone call.

Have us call you

Tell us when suits you and one of our team will call with what reaches your address.

Or call now

We never ask for a Social Security number, date of birth or card details on this form. An agent takes anything like that on a recorded line, in the provider's own system.

Rather talk to someone? Call - no hold music, no transfers.

Authorized retailer for twenty providers Every call recorded No fee to you - ever
How it works

Three steps, about ten minutes.

No forms to fill in for days, no waiting for somebody to get back to you. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you call.

Tell us where you live

Your ZIP code to start, then your full address. We look up what is actually built to your street - the real cables in the real ground - rather than the offers a company advertises across your whole city. This is the step almost everyone else skips, and it is the reason people end up being sold something that was never available.

We lay it all out for you

What you can actually get, what it costs today, and - the part that catches people out - what the bill jumps to when the introductory offer ends. We will tell you about the more affordable option even when we earn less on it, because you will find out eventually and we would rather you heard it from us.

We get it ordered and installed

On the same call, while you are still on the phone. We book your installation slot, and then we stay on it until an engineer has actually turned up at your house and it is working. Not until the order is filed and forgotten.

What we do

Four things, done properly.

We are not trying to be everything to everybody. There are four things that decide whether getting internet is easy or a nightmare, and we would rather do those four properly than add a fifth and do them all badly.

Answer the call

A real person picks up, and it is somebody who can actually place your order there and then. No press-one-for-this, no hold music, no being passed around. The same person stays with you for the whole call.

Check the address

We check what is genuinely available at your address, and we tell you what the price becomes after the introductory deal runs out. You get the full picture before you decide anything, not after the first surprise bill.

Place the order right

We check your order against the provider's own rules before we send it. It sounds boring, but it is why our orders do not come back cancelled three weeks later with nobody able to tell you why.

Stay with it

Until the engineer has been and the service works. Not until the order was submitted, which is where most people let go.

Authorized dealers for

The providers we are authorized to sell.

Being an authorized retailer means the providers below have approved us to sell their service and set up your account properly.

What it means for you is choice. Because we carry twenty providers instead of one, we have no reason to push you toward a particular company. We just find the one that fits your address and your budget. And it costs you nothing to use us - the provider pays us, not you, and you pay exactly the same as if you had gone direct.

Availability varies by address and by provider. Being authorized to sell a service does not mean it reaches every street - that is what the address check and the call are for.

Why us

Why not just call the provider yourself?

You can, and it is a fair question. If you already know exactly which provider you want and you know their service reaches your address, going direct works perfectly well. It stops working the moment either of those is not true.

Going direct

One provider can only offer you one answer

A provider sells their own service. That is their job, and they do it properly. But if what they sell does not reach your street, the call ends there and you start again with the next company on the list.

Four providers means four calls, four hold queues, four sets of paperwork and four different promotions to line up against each other, usually with a tab open for each.

Coming to us

Every provider we carry, checked against your address, in one call

We check what physically reaches you across all of them, then tell you which are real options and which are not. If two of them serve you, we will tell you where they differ on price, speed and contract, and we have no reason to steer you.

  • One conversation instead of four
  • The same prices and promotions as going direct
  • No fee to you at any point, the provider pays us
  • One company to come back to afterwards

And if the best answer at your address turns out to be a provider we are not authorized for, we will tell you that as well.

Tell us what matters most

You don't need to know the technology. Just tell us what matters.

Nobody should have to learn what fiber, coax and fixed wireless mean just to get online at home. Most people ring us knowing one thing: it has to be affordable, or it has to be fast, or it has to work where they live. Tell us which one matters most to you and we will work backwards from there and handle the technical part ourselves.

Speed test

What are you actually getting right now?

Worth knowing before you change anything. Plenty of people are paying for a plan far faster than their equipment can carry.

Results are an estimate. Wi-Fi, your device, your browser and how many people are online all affect it. A wired test is always more accurate.

Bundles

Bundling saves money - when it is the right bundle.

Putting your TV, mobile or phone line together with your internet can genuinely knock money off the bill. It can also quietly add to it, if you end up paying for channels nobody watches just to unlock a discount that was smaller than the extra cost.

We will do that sum with you out loud, on the call, before you agree to anything. If bundling does not save you money, we will say so.

TV + Internet

The common one. Worth it if you would have paid for the channels anyway - not if you are adding them for the discount.

Mobile + Internet

Often the biggest saving available, because the mobile side is where the discount actually lives.

Phone + Internet

Still matters for home security systems, medical alerts and rural addresses with patchy mobile signal.

How we work

One company on the contract. One team on the phone.

Most of the phone numbers you find online belong to a broker. They take your details, sell them on, and you end up talking to somebody who has never heard of you. That is where the wrong information comes from, and it is why the person who promised to call back never does.

We are not that. We hold the retailer agreements ourselves, we place the order ourselves, and the person who picks up the phone is still the person looking after you three weeks later.

01

A real US company you can hold to account

DreamCore Smart Connections LLC holds its authorizations directly. There is nobody in between. When you call, you are talking to the company whose name is actually on the agreement, from a real address in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

That matters when something goes wrong. You have one company to come back to, and we cannot point at somebody else.

  • Authorizations held directly, never sub-contracted
  • One company accountable from first call to install
  • Every call recorded, and we say so before we start
02

The same team after the order as before it

Nobody passes you to a different department the moment you have signed. The person who took your order is the person who chases the install, and they already know what was agreed, because they are the one who agreed it with you.

We stay on it until an engineer has actually been to your house. Not until the paperwork is filed.

  • No handover to a separate support queue
  • We chase the install to completion, not to submission
  • No agent ever asks for your card or Social - you enter it yourself
Questions

The ones we get asked most.

No. You pay the provider their standard price. They pay us for placing the order. There is no markup and no fee from us at any point.

No, and we will never say we are. DreamCore Smart Connections is an independent authorized retailer. We are authorized, through the distributors the providers use, to sell and set up service on their behalf - but we are a separate company.

Because availability is decided by what is physically buried in your street, and the boundary can run down the middle of a road. That is exactly why we check the address rather than the city.

Yes, including options we earn less on. A customer who cancels in month two costs us more than the difference.

Name, service address, email and phone number. If a credit check or payment detail is needed, you enter it yourself through the provider's own secure step wherever the provider offers one. Where a provider has no customer step, the agent keys it straight into the provider's own system on a recorded line, never reads it back, never writes it down and never keeps it. Nothing of that kind is ever typed into this website.

It depends on the provider and how busy your area is. We book the window on the call and tell you what is realistic rather than what sounds good.

Yes, every one, and we say so at the start of the call. It protects you as much as us - if there is ever a question about what was agreed, there is a recording of it.

Tell us on the call, or email us, and we remove you immediately. We do not sell or share your details.

Let's find out what you can actually get.
