What we are, and what we are not
DreamCore Smart Connections LLC is an independent authorized retailer. We are authorized through authorized distributors to sell and set up services on behalf of the providers listed on our site.
We are not an internet, television or telephone provider. We do not own or operate any network. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as agent for any provider beyond the retailer authorizations described above. Every provider name and logo belongs to that provider; we use their names only to state factually which services we are authorized to sell.
Our service costs you nothing
We do not charge you a fee, a markup, or a commission. You pay the provider their standard price, exactly as you would if you had contacted them directly. The provider pays us for placing the order. If anyone tells you DreamCore charges a fee, it is not us.
Availability information
Availability is decided by what is physically built to your address, and it can differ between two houses on the same street. Anything this website tells you before you speak to us is general information about what we can sell, not a statement that a particular service reaches your particular address.
Availability at your address is confirmed on the call, against the provider's own systems, while you are on the line. Until that has happened, please do not treat anything as confirmed.
Prices, speeds and promotions
Prices, speeds, equipment charges, promotional periods and terms are set by the providers, not by us. They change, sometimes at short notice, and they vary by address.
- Advertised speeds are the provider's maximum for a plan. What arrives in your house also depends on your equipment, your wiring, your Wi-Fi and how many people are online.
- Promotional prices usually end after a set period, after which the standard rate applies. We will tell you the date and the rate before you agree to anything.
- Taxes, fees and surcharges are set by the provider and by your local jurisdiction.
The speed test on this site
The speed test measures how fast your browser can download a file from our server at that moment. It is a useful indication and nothing more. Wi-Fi, your device, your browser, other people in the house and the route between you and our server all affect it, and a wired test will always be more reliable. It does not measure, and should not be treated as measuring, whether your provider is delivering the speed you pay for.
Placing an order
When you order through us, the resulting service account is between you and the provider. Their terms of service, acceptable use policy and contract govern the service itself, including installation, equipment, billing, changes and cancellation.
Our responsibility is to give you accurate information, place the order correctly, and stay with it until the installation is complete. Once the service is live, questions about the service belong with the provider - though you are welcome to call us and we will help you get to the right place.
Orders are subject to the provider accepting them, which may include their own credit or identity checks. We cannot guarantee a provider will accept an order.
Information you give us
Please give us accurate information, particularly your address. An order placed against a wrong address will usually be cancelled by the provider, and it wastes your time more than ours. You confirm you are authorized to order services for the address you give us.
Using this website
You may use this site to find out about our services and to contact us. Please do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at a volume that affects other people, or use it to send anything unlawful.
The text, layout, design and code of this site belong to us. Provider names and marks belong to their owners.
Disclaimers
This website is provided as it stands. We work hard to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every piece of information on it is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from services supplied by a provider - including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from an interruption to your service. Service outages, installation delays and equipment faults are matters for the provider under their contract with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and the courts of Indiana have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the state where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
